We sell wholesale to business accounts only. You will need to open an account with us before you can order online or view any pricing information. Once your account application is approved then you will receive an email from us confirming your account 

Once the order is ready to ship,we will reach out to you with the necessary details.

All our products are in our warehouse or a partner warehouse around the USA.

The only document we can provide is an invoice from Top Deals LLC to you.

After creating an account,you add items to your “Order Form”and submit the order.Once we receive the order,we will contact you for payment.

Most products have UPCs.However,we do not guarantee this.

Yes we do but some brands are restricted to resell on amazon. We recommend confirm us before reselling on amazon

Yes we do ship, We already working with amazon resellers.

Yes we do prep, according to amazon prep requirements with additional charges. But, if your order over $5000 we will do it for free of cost

Our shipping is free for order over $5000 otherwise it will be calculated according to your shipping address.

Lead time varies per item.Due to extreme weather conditions, carrier errors, and other uncontrollable warehouse factors, the order delivery date may change.

To create a new web account from the home page, click the “Register” link. Fill out the form and click “create account”. It may take up to 2 business days for your account to be qualified and approved. Once the web account is created, you can manage your ship to locations, view past online order history, and change your password.

At USA online.com, you can be assured that your personal and account information is secure. We will not sell or provide your information to any third party unless it is required to do so by law. Your transactions are fully encrypted and secure using 128bit encryption through our SSL site

Once you have your web account setup, you can place online order using our website 24 hours a day. 7 days a week. Our Office hours are from Monday  through Friday from 8am to 5pm EST. Orders are typically shipped within two to three weeks.

Yes we are able to do international shipping. All our prices are OB Fayetteville, NC 28301. All international orders must be prepaid with secured funds (wire transfer or bank certified check). We ship to locations within continental US and Puerto Rico. We are able to speak English.

When we receive your online order, we will send you a return e-mail confirmation so you know that your order has been transmitted.

Yes we are able to discount for large volume purchases. If you are interested in purchasing pallet or truckload quantities of items and wish to inquire about discounts, please email orders@topdialllc.com We urge you to talk with our sales staff to help you with any question you may have.

All prices are FOB Fayetteville, NC, 28301. The customer is responsible for all freight charges. We do have free freight programs for various regions in the US (only for contiguous 48 states) for eligible orders, please contact your account manager for details

Order must be minimum of 3,000 USD

All Accounts are required to provide a copy of their Resale Tax ID. We do not sell directly to consumers, and we do not collect any taxes.

If this is required for your order and has been confirmed possible,our warehouse will contact you when the order is ready for labeling.

We have long-standing relationships with well-established vendors who are already known to provide only authentic products.Additionally,we have direct relationships with most of the brands listed on our website and we do thorough research on our vendors before listing their products.We cannot provide paperwork showing our sources unless requested by court order.

Usually we only accept freight or parcel company pickups along with trackable documents for pickup.If you”d like to pick up an order by yourself,please check with us before placing the order.

We accept Wire transfers, ACH payments or Zelle payments.(NOTE. Your transaction must be from a business bank account otherwise it will be cancelled or can be stuck)
